Description

This invoice is for the initial deposit for the requested modifications of the Joggle Factory website, as defined in the “website” section of the proposal emailed on 2018-11-13.

One-Time Cost: The total price for the Work agreed upon in this contract and listed in Exhibit A is $1,200.00*.

Payment of Fees:

• • $600.00 upon ratification of this Agreement
  • $600.00 upon satisfactory completion of the Work

• Final payment must be made before any passwords, files, material or training documentation is delivered.

*Payment to be made by Credit/Debit card via electronic invoice on the Nebula Technologies website. Client will be sent secure login information at the time of invoicing. Total price for work does not include plugin purchases
